The information below will give you a flavor for what our Members have been enjoying for over 50 years – the Premier family oriented private club in the area. Wayzata Country Club provides Members and Guests with World-Class Service, Championship golf, state-of-the-art Golf practice facility, First-Class Tennis Program, impeccable dining, and a variety of recreational activities and opportunities for quality social interaction.
ELIGIBILITY:
Any individual may hold a Wayzata Country Club Membership. The Membership includes spouse and any children residing at home through age 21.
SPONSOR REQUIREMENTS:
Each prospective Member must be sponsored by at least three current Members at Wayzata Country Club. At least one of the sponsors must be employed by a firm other than that of the applicant.

A Social Member may serve as a Principal Sponsor with all supporting sponsors holding Golf, Full-Privilege Non-Resident Golf or Senior Golf Membership. |

GOLF MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES:
Several golf membership categories are available depending on age and residency. Privileges include all Golf Services, State-of-the-art practice facility, Pool & Tennis and all Social Privileges. An initiation fee, monthly dues and a bi-monthly food purchase minimum are required of these membership categories. The terms and conditions and period of time for payment of the initiation fee is based on the age of the new golf Member; the age of the younger spouse in the case of married nominees, at the time the nomination documents are received. |
Full Privilege Golf & Full Privilege Non-Resident Golf (age 51 and up) This category has voting privileges.
Associate Golf (age 36 through 50) Membership privileges are equal to the Full Privilege Golf Membership except for voting privileges, which are granted upon completion of the payment of the initiation fee.
Jr. Associate Golf (under age 36) Membership privileges are equal to the Full Privilege Golf Membership except voting privileges, which are granted upon completion of the payment of the initiation fee.
Restricted Non-Resident Golf A Restricted Non-Resident Golf Member is one whose primary residence is more than 100 miles from the club and does not have a temporary residence within one hundred miles of the club for more than 31 days per year. Golfing is limited to 20 rounds of golf per membership per calendar year. An initiation fee and monthly dues are required for this golf membership category.

POOL & TENNIS MEMBERSHIP:
Privileges include the use of the dining areas, lounge areas and meeting rooms of the Clubhouse, both inside and outside, along with participation in all of the Club social functions. Pool & Tennis Members will have full privileges to the Club pools, Tennis facility and Trap & Skeet. An initiation fee, monthly dues and bi-monthly food purchase minimum is required for this category. This Membership category has voting privileges.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:
Privileges include the use of the restaurant, lounge areas and meeting rooms of the Clubhouse areas, both inside and outside, along with participation in all of the Club social functions. An initiation fee and monthly dues are required for this category.
